If Archon Technical Support Inc. is not able to resolve 1 (one) of your issues within 10 Days (Ten Days) of the subscription purchase, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund the setup fee charged to the customer.
If Archon Technical Support Inc. resolves one or more issues, the charges for the setup fee will not be refundable in any case.
The recurring subscription fee is only refundable up to 7 days after the date the subscription fee was charged. If there was any service provided to the account within that time no refund will be provided.
Archon Technical Support Inc. may, at its sole discretion and on a case to case basis, agree to a refund of setup fee or subscription fee charges after deducting fees for servicing the Customer.
Software purchased from Archon Technical Support will not be refundable under any circumstance.
